Our local quilt shop, Gracie Lou's, was preparing to go to the Quilt-fest in Ogden this week. They found out they were going late last week, and asked me to get some quilts quilted for them. I did four quilts for them before they left for Quilt-fest. The following three are all the same pattern, only with different fabrics. I quilted each one differently.
Note: I didn't have my camera with me, so I had to take these pictures late Monday night with my camera phone. Please pardon the bluriness of the pictures. I tried to make them as clear as I could.
This version of the quilt was done with bright childrens' prints.
On this one I quilted a star in each of the smaller squares.
Then, throughout the rest of the quilt I did a loop with stars.
This version was made with cute pastels, a children's print with fun woodland creature patterns.
I quilted it with an allover meander.
This one was done without a border, and made with bright prints. The center squares were all smiling dinosaurs. She put a really cute blue minky back on this one, too.
On this one I did an allover meander, except for where the dinosaurs were. They were too cute to quilt over, so I outlined the block.
