This cute quilt, a shop sample for Gracie Lou's, would be perfect for a picnic or a table topper.
Using a light blue thread, I quilted loops in the border of the panel blocks.
In the quilt center I did a loop with flowers.

I love the inward facing loops.
Thanks Molly! I think you did a shop sample that had them in it a while ago, like maybe when GL's first opened, and that's where I got the idea. :D
